The Web proved to be an incredible resource for me as I was learning about POW/MIA issues. Sadly, a lot of this information is buried beneath loud music, noisy backgrounds, Java-spawned windows, and a lot of other strange HTML oddities that seem prevalent throughout the POW/MIA web community. If you surf more than one page at a time as I do, you will quickly be inundated with a blasting mish-mash of music and half-dozen extra windows popping up from nowhere.
